Every light source has a colour temperature measured in 'Kelvin'. Blue tinted light appears 'Cool', but is Hot. Orange light feels 'Warm' but is Cool.

Colour Temperature isn't always obvious, as the human eye and brain adjust automatically, whereas the camera seemingly exaggerates the colour temperature of a light source.
